Do you know where you are going?
By The Stoic Strength Coach
Yes, the new year has begun, and you plan to smash all your goals, so you have created a list of the size of your arm – gym, nutrition, 8 hours of sleep, water intake, etc., etc., etc.
Building a long list may work for some people but not all. Therefore, maybe attacking one goal at a time might be best suited for you. Focusing your attention on just one purpose can help you complete that goal to the best of your ability without worrying about multiple others.
Also, it is important to see the end result in mind. If you don’t have this end goal in mind, how do you know if you are on the right track? You may have fallen off track, but how would you know this if you don’t even know where you are going? Don’t get me wrong; it is not all about the result as the process is just as important, if not more but is it worth keeping the end in mind.

I hope this helps you in your journey to creating a new goal for the upcoming year.
